11. Virtual Assets & No Real Monetary Value
All points, balances, coins, hashrates (TH/s, GH/s), charts, and figures displayed within the application are strictly virtual game currencies and visual simulation metrics. They have NO real-world financial, economic, or monetary value. The virtual coins or points accumulated in this app cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into real Bitcoin, fiat currency, real-world goods, or any tangible assets.
12. In-App Purchases (Speed Boosters & Virtual Plans)
All in-app purchases are virtual digital items designed exclusively to enhance your virtual mining speed and progress within the simulation.
- In-app purchases do NOT purchase real mining hardware, server equity, or investment contracts.
- Purchases are non-refundable digital goods managed through Google Play / Apple App Store billing.
- Purchases do NOT guarantee or entitle users to any financial return, profit, or cash payout.
13. No Real Device Mining
In strict compliance with Google Play and Apple Developer Policies, this application does not utilize the user’s mobile device CPU, GPU, processor, battery, or hardware resources for actual cryptocurrency mining.
